Midtown Park 5K

Come join us for the inaugural Midtown Park 5K hosted by the Hispanic Forum of Bryan/College Station! We look forward to welcoming runners of all ages to this fun 5K run/walk or Kid's 1-mile Fun Run. This run will be a chip-timed event and award prizes to the top 3 runners in each category.

***T-Shirt Update: Quantities remaining are limited, there are no shirt guarantees at walk-up registration***

***Packet Distribution will only occur at 8 AM on Race Day at BigShots Golf Aggieland***

The course will start and finish at BigShots Golf with multiple loops around the Midtown Park area. Come out and enjoy an easy run followed by a great post-race atmosphere with free beer courtesy of Yuengling (Flight) and EIGHT Elite Light Lager as well as a free taco bar courtesty of BigShots and music. Participants will also receive a Midtown Park 5K t-shirt!

The Hispanic Forum of Bryan/College Station believes in giving back to all students in our community. In 2023, over $180,000 in scholarships was awarded to local students to begin their journey into higher education. In honor of our mission, one university student finisher will be randomly chosen to receive a $1000 scholarship and one K-12 student will be randomly chosen to receive a $1000 savings bond! Participants must be present to win. Family members and friends of K-12 students may also designate a K-12 student to receive savings bond to increase your chances of winning; designated student must be present to win.

Dust those old running shoes off, we look forward to hosting this special event and welcoming the community to go for a run!

Entry Fees:
5K Adults - $30.00
5K Students (K-12 & University) - $20.00
1-Mile Fun Run (Students only age 13 and under) - $20.00
Race Day registration - $35.00 (All Participants)

Awards:
Overall male & female - 5K
Top 3 male & female in following age groups:
(18 & under, 19 - 25, 26 - 40, 41 - 55, 56+)

Overall male & female - Kids 1-Mile Fun Run
Top 3 male & female in the following age groups:
(9 & under, 10 - 13)
